Weave Chair, made in furniture studio.

The idea behind the project was to try finding a new way to weave textile in a chair, and being able to control the pattern that gets created by the weaving.

The solution was creating a single sheet of the desired textile, and making cuts to fit the pattern, ending with weaving bands through the cuts.

 

Made out of metal and synthetic fabric.
